Ernst & Young voted best employer
Staff at accountants group Ernst & Young have given their company a score of 7.6 out of 10, making it the most popular employer in the country, according to magazine Incompany.
Ernst & Young was praised for its generous secondary benefits and good career opportunities. Incompany polled staff at the country’s 200 biggest firms, reports news service ANP.
Financial services firms Aegon, Rabobank and SNS Reaal also scored well.
Bottom of the list was French oil firm Total with 4.9 and postal group TNT with 5.59. TNT is unpopular because of the ongoing reorganisation and large scale redundancies, Incompany said.
