Amsterdam car park is best in Europe
The best car park in Europe is P23 in the Amsterdam borough of Zuid Oost, according to German foundation Levendige Stad.
The car park, designed by the Rijnboutt de Vossen Rijnboutt architects group, tops the list of 70 nominees in terms of comfort, aesthetics, safety and environment-friendliness.
