The Royal Bank of Scotland, which heads the consortium of three foreign banks taking over ABN Amro, has applied for listing on the Amsterdam stock exchange from October 15.
Its shares are currently only listed on in London. The Amsterdam opening price will be based on the London Stock Exchange price.
ABN Amro’s Amsterdam listing ended on Thursday with the completion of the takeover.
