New bathroom priority for home owners
A new bathroom is the top priority for 30% of Dutch home owners, according to a survey by USB. Next on the list is a revamped garden (22%) and kitchen (17%).
Tenants, however, go first for buying new furniture (21%), followed closely by doing up the garden (20%) and buying new carpets (18%).
