KPMG merger fails to pass partners
A proposal to for KPMG Nederland to merge with the company’s operations in the UK, Germany and Switzerland failed to get the necessary two-thirds majority by just one vote on Thursday, ANP reports.
The KPMG Nederland board said it respected the result but would keep the door open for a possible merger in the future.
