Aid minister Bert Koenders is the ‘Robbie Williams of parliament’ and the most woman-friendly minister in the government according to the Women on Top organisation.

Koenders was chosen for making women’s rights one of his top priorities and immediately setting up a fund to implement his policies.
Runner up is former minister Atzo Nicolai who pushed through legislation giving female MPs the right to maternity leave.
