Van der Sar out of Russian friendly
Veteran Dutch football goal-keeper Edwin van der Sar (118 international games) broke his nose in a match between his team Manchester United and Tottenham Hotspur in England on Sunday.
No-one knows how long the 36-year-old goalie will be out of action but he has been replaced by Henk Timmer in the friendly between Holland and Russia on Wednesday.
