A video of a fatal stabbing during a fight between two neighbours should be removed from the AD newspaper’s website because the identity of the suspect can clearly be seen, the man’s lawyer says.

It is common practise in the Netherlands not to identify suspects, even if they are convicted, out of privacy considerations. The mother of the boy who died does not object to the video being screened.
