Amsterdam’s Schiphol airport is warning passengers to expect delays this afternoon because of the expected snow storm. The airport has shut all but one landing runway, meaning that only 30 planes will be able to land an hour, rather than the normal 60 to 70. The number of take-off runways may also be restricted to one at some point during the day.
