New probe into flower auction merger
Dutch competition authority NMa is to begin a more detailed investigation into plans by the country’s two biggest flower auctions to merge after an initial probe showed the merger could affect competition. Bloemenveiling Aalsmeer and Bloemenveiling FloraHolland control 90% of the market.
