Internet provider must pay for email traces
A court in The Hague has ruled that internet provider xs4all must pay all the costs involved to make it possible for the justice department to trace email traffic should this be necessary during criminal investigations.
The provider wanted a contribution from the state. It says it has already spent €500,000 on making data available.
