Foreign mortgage lenders such as Argenta, Bank of Scotland, GMAC and BNP Paribas have captured some 9% of the Dutch mortgage market, almost double their 2004 market share. Smaller mortgage providers and ING were the big losers, according to figures from the Kadaster land registry office quoted in today’s Financieele Dagblad.
