Fast food often contains horse
One-third of Dutch fast-food snacks such as frikandellen, kroketten and hamburgers contain horse meat, claims animal rights lobby Stichting Wakker Dier. Students at Wageningen University analysed 286 meat-based snacks and found horse products in 32% of them.
