Computer failure stops light rail network

A new link in the Rotterdam-The Hague light rail network which went into service on Monday was halted by a computer failure on its second day of operation. The launch of the RandstadRail 3 route had already been delayed twice. The only other operational link in the network has been out of action since November following a string of derailments.
