Bot to head Clingendael institute

Outgoing foreign minister Ben Bot is to be the new chairman of the board of governors at the Hague-based Clingendael Institute for International Relations. He has also been appointed chairman of the Carnegie Foundation which runs the building and grounds of the Peace Palace (Vredespaleis) in The Hague. He succeeds another former foreign minister, Hans van den Broek, in both jobs.
