Regional bus firm Arriva is to carry out checks on all of its 900 buses after spot checks by transport ministry inspectors in Noord-Brabant failed 22 of the 23 vehicles examined. Arriva director Anne Hettinga admitted mistakes had been made, but said only a few of the buses were actually unsafe.
