Young psychiatric prisoners missing
The justice ministry has confirmed reports in the AD that 80 of the 600 young people in psychiatric prisons (tbs) escaped last year and that four of these remain unaccounted for. Forty of the 1,400 adults in psychiatric prisons escaped in 2006.
