Equens to cut 400 jobs post merger
Equens, the banking payment processor formed last year through the merger of the Netherlands’ Interpay and Germany’s Transaktionsinstitut, is to cut 400 jobs. The company says the reorganisation is necessary to improve its competitiveness.
