Ajax keeper André Onana is looking for a new challenge after four Eredivisie seasons with the Amsterdammers and has made contact himself with several other European clubs, according to French sports newspaper L’Equipe.

And, the paper says, Paris Saint-Germain, one of the clubs approached by the Cameroonian, is interested in him.

Barcelona, Tottenham Hotspur and Chelsea have also been linked with a possible transfer. If Onana does move to PSG he would have to be reserve keeper, a role which he is willing to accept if there is perspective of promotion to first choice, the paper said.

Onana himself has told Canal + Africa that given the choice of England or Spain, he would prefer Barcelona.

Onana joined the Amsterdam club in 2014 and his contract with Ajax runs until 2022.
