The KNMI weather bureau has issued a code yellow weather warning for the entire country saying strong winds with heavy rain and hail could again hit the Netherlands in the late afternoon or early evening.

The temperature will rise throughout the day to up to 27C in places as the storm clouds move in from south. The storm will have moved away by mid evening and the skies will clear for a time.

Saturday it will be mainly overcast with some rain in the north, but the south has the chance of some sunshine with temperatures in the low 20s. The picture is similar for the rest of the long holiday weekend, the KNMI said.
