Mexx, the troubled millenials high-street fashion stores brand is back in Dutch ownership.

The Dutch fashion group RNL Holding of Drunen acquired the brand, which had been owned by Eroglu Holding of Turkey since 2015, the Telegraaf reported on Thursday. Financial details were not disclosed,,

The deal includes the Mexx clothing and perfume lines but not the stores themselves, the companies said.

Mexx was declared bankrupt at the beginning of December 2014, and was taken over by Eroglu early 2015, which announced big plans to relaunch the brand.

The company was launched by Rattan Cadha in 1986. He later sold the group to American fashion group Liz Claiborne. In 2011, private equity house The Gores Group bought an 82% stake for €85m.
