The four, jointly branded South Beach Zandvoort, occupy 8,000 square metres of sand at the quiet far end of the resort marketed to visitors as Amsterdam Beach, beyond the last beach entrance at the end of Boulevard Paulus Loot.
The beach itself is not part of the deal. The land belongs to Zandvoort council, and the new owner would take over the leases, currently €23,000 a year for all four plots.
The buildings are also not permanent. Like all pavilions on the stretch, they are seasonal, going up from February and coming down again by November 1.
The price covers the businesses, inventory, goodwill, trade names, domain names and social media accounts, plus a seasonal staff list, the Telegraaf reported.
The plots sit on the area best known as Zandvoort’s nudist beach, although the current owners do not allow nude recreation on their terraces.
