Spring fever? Temperatures rise to almost 20° in Limburg

The temperature hit 19.3° in Maastricht on Wednesday, making it the warmest February 25 recorded in the Netherlands, although it will not count as an official weather record.
In De Bilt, where official weather records are set, the temperature reached 16.4°, well below the 18.3° reached in 2019.
Temperatures rose above 15° across most of the country and will remain mild for the time of year over the coming days, weather bureau Weeronline said.
However, rain is likely on Friday and temperatures over the weekend will range between 10° and 14° in most places.
