House prices rise 6.1% in November, year on year growth stalls

House prices were an average of 6.1% higher in November than in November 2024, national statistics office CBS said on Monday.
November is now the eighth month in a row that the growth has flattened and the month on month increase was just 0.3%, the CBS said.
The figures are based on completed transactions which have been registered with Kadaster land registry office and lag behind the statistics put together by estate agents organisation NVM.
There were also more transactions registered in November, taking the total over the first 11 months of the year to 211,541, the CBS said. This is up 16% on the same period in 2024.
The average price paid by buyers was €477,530.
