Twente Enschede will take on Red Bull Salzburg in their first Champions League match for nearly 14 years after they were drawn together in the third qualifying round.

Salzburg failed to win the Austrian Bundesliga for the first time in 10 seasons last year, but were still one of the most formidable potential opponents in the draw, along with French club Lille and Glasgow Rangers.

In the Europa League, Ajax could set up a rematch of one of the most famous nights in the club’s history if they overcome FK Vojvodina from the Serbian city of Novi Sad.

The winners will play Panathinaikos, Ajax’s opponents in the 1971 European Cup final when they won the trophy for the first time, assuming the Greek side get past Botev Plovdiv of Bulgaria.

Go Ahead Eagles have been drawn SK Brann in the third qualifying round for the Conference League, with either Valur from Iceland or Scottish side St Mirren awaiting the winners.

League champions PSV Eindhoven and runners-up Feyenoord have already qualified for the group stages of the Champions League, as have AZ Alkmaar in the Europa League.
