The Netherlands eased past minnows Gibraltar with three goals in each half to wrap up their Euro 2024 qualifying campaign.

Feyenoord’s Calvin Stengs scored a hat-trick for the Dutch, who were already assured of second place in Group B following their 1-0 win against the Republic of Ireland on Saturday.

The pick of the goals was Stengs’s second and Oranje’s fourth just after half-time, as the winger cut in from the right and exchanged passes with Donyell Malen before slotting home.

Midfielders Mats Wieffer and Teun Koopmeiners also netted in the first half, while Cody Gakpo completed the scoring after 81 minutes shortly after coming on as a substitute for Malen.

The Netherlands will be in Pot C when the draw for the finals tournament takes place on December 2. The six seeded nations are host nation Germany, Portugal, France, Belgium, Spain and England.
