Summer makes a return: dry, sunny weather ahead
Summer is making its return to the Netherlands with dry weather and plenty of sunshine forecast for the rest of the week and into the weekend.
While there may be some showers on Tuesday evening, that will be the last of the rain for several days. The temperature will also begin to rise, reaching as high as 28 Celsius in the south at the weekend.
The likelihood of rain will rise towards the end of August, but there is a 70% chance of the temperature remaining above normal for the time of year, the KNMI weather bureau said.
