After a misty start in the north, Friday is a sunny day with temperatures reaching up to 18 degrees in the far south, the KNMI weather bureau said.
But it will turn colder at the weekend and there could be some rain in the north on Saturday afternoon. Sunday and Monday will be dry with sunny spells but there could be night frosts in sheltered places on Monday night.
Later in the week the rain will be back and it will be chilly for the time of year. The KNMI said in its long range forecast it sees little change in this picture well into April.
