The clocks may have gone back this weekend, but the weather has seen a shift as well, with temperatures set to rise to no higher than six degrees on Monday.

It will remain cloudy all day and there may be some light rain in the south. The wind will also pick up, especially in coastal areas. Tuesday will be very wet and as much as 40 mm could fall in the southern areas. The temperature will be around nine degrees.

The rest of the week will be a little warmer and there could be some sunshine as well as showers, the KNMI weather bureau said.
