Dutch, British nationals injured as coach to London crashes

Two Dutch nationals and two people from the UK have been seriously injured in a bus crash in Belgium but their injuries are not life threatening.
The accident happened at around 2.30 am on the E40 motorway heading for Ostend. The bus, operated by Dutch company Oostenrijk on behalf of French firm Ouibus, was on its way from Amsterdam to London. It should have arrived in the UK capital around 7am.
A Belgian police spokesman told broadcaster NOS that the driver hit a crash barrier and tipped over. No other vehicles were involved and the driver, who is Dutch, had not been drinking.
Some 20 people were in the bus, mainly from the Netherlands, Britain and Ireland. They were taken to four different hospitals to be treated.
