Wild weather causes problems but some sunshine ahead
Storms last night caused train station floods, fires and train cancellations reports the NOS on Friday.
The broadcaster pictures Hollands Spoor station in Den Haag flooded with water, and reports that a fire in Naarden and another at a pig farm in Heeswijk-Dinther may have been caused by lightning.
The NS also said that trains between Haarlem and Leiden and from Nijmegen going south were stopped due to lightning.
The KNMI weather service is predicting temperatures of up to 28 degrees on Friday with some stormy weather in the east, and a moderately warm weekend of sun and a chance of showers.
