Mini Amsterdam apartment, just 13m2, sells for €150,000
A studio apartment on Amsterdam’s desirable Prinsengracht, measuring just 15 square metres, has been sold for over €150,000, the Telegraaf said on Friday.
The tiny apartment is on the second floor of a canal-side mansion, has one room, a miniscule kitchen and a shower, the paper said.
The buyer has not been made public, but the flat – just 2.6 metres wide – would be ‘a perfect pied-a-terre or for a student son or daughter,’ housing website Funda said.
On top of the mortgage repayments, the new owner will also have to pay €119 service costs.
Real estate agents association NWM said on Thursday prices in the city are now stabilising, having risen 20% over the past year.
