Get your orange jumpers out: King’s Day is going to be cold
The weather forecast for the King’s Night festivities remains unsettled with the temperature dropping to around zero in many places.
In coastal areas it will remain wet but less chilly, NOS weatherman Marco Verhoef said.
On King’s Day itself, revelers are being urged to wrap up warmly and to be prepared for showers and even hail. There will be sunny spells at times and the temperature will range from eight degrees in the north to 10 in the south east.
The temperature is usually around 16 degrees towards the end of April.
