Missing Driebergen girl, 13, found alive and well
The 13-year-old girl at the centre of a major police hunt on Tuesday has been found alive and in good health, police said on Twitter
Dozens of police officers and soldiers combed woods near Zeist in the search for Ikram Ammari, who failed to return home from school on Monday. Her bike was found abandoned near the woods.
No-one has yet revealed where the girl was found but a spokeswoman for the family said the relief is enormous. They have placed a thank you note on Facebook for all the support they received from the public.
