House prices rose 2.7% in July, the central statistics agency CBS said on Friday.
The rise continues the upward trend which began in the summer of 2013.
However, prices have not yet recovered to their high of August 2008 and remain 16.9% below that peak.
Last week, the land registry office said house sales have recovered to pre-crisis levels.
Across the whole country, sales rose 33% compared with a year ago, and 22% compared with June.
