The Dutch national football team has slumped seven places in the latest Fifa world rankings – from seventh to 12th place.
Argentina is top of the ranking, followed by Belgium, Germany, Colombia and Brazil.
Oranje have lost ground because the impact of last year’s World Cup third place has a lower weighting in the new list.
The Netherlands are currently third in their European championships qualifying group and next take on Iceland on September 3. Danny Blind will make his debut as national coach for the match.
