Thousands of ING customers are unable to obtain cash because their old card is out of date and their new one has not yet arrived.

The customers’ old cards ran out this month and no replacement was received from ING’s supplier. In the meantime, the old pin card has been blocked and no longer works.

The bank says its supplier did not post the new cards in time, but customers can go to an ING branch where they will be able to use their old card.
