Police receive 150 tips about death of former minister Els Borst

Detectives investigating the death of former health minister Els Borst in ‘suspicious circumstances’ say they have received 150 tips from members of the public.

Borst, 81, was found dead in the garage of her home in Bilthoven 10 days ago. She died of wounds thought to have been sustained through a ‘criminal act’.

A team of 30 detectives are investigating the case. Police are not giving any further details about her injuries or about the time of death.
