Luxury car maker to delist in Amsterdam

Luxury car maker Spyker will delist from the Amsterdam stock exchange on September 13, the company said in a statement.

The stock exchanged warned investors nearly two years ago that Spyker was not ‘in order’, following its takeover and subsequent bankruptcy of Saab.

The car firm has until September to prove it is financially healthy but said this will not be possible. ‘Despite the restructuring measures taken Spyker has not recovered to the extent that it can return to the official market,’ the statement said.
