Workers have more trust in employers

Workers are now more positive about their employers than they have been since the start of the financial crisis in 2008, according to the latest figures from research agency Great Place To Work.

The agency, which questioned 27,000 Dutch people, says workers are more positive about their employer’s in the areas of respect, honesty and reliability.

In addition, 88% think their job is important, compared with 85% in 2012. Around 75% are proud of what their employer has achieved.
