1,500 bad drivers forced to take behaviour course

Some 1,500 drivers were forced to take a course in good driving manners last year because their behaviour on the roads was so bad, the Telegraaf reports.

The aim of the three-day course is to improve the driving of repeat offenders. The €800 price tag is paid by the offenders themselves.
The course has been taken by 4,000 people since it was introduced in 2008.
