Utrecht football riot arrests rise to 12
The arrest of four more men in connection with last weekend’s riots after the Utrecht-Twente football match brings the total in custody to 12.
Police say they plan to publish photographs of the remaining people they want to question on the internet later this week.
Trouble broke out during the Utrecht-Twente match and again after it was over. At one point, police fired warning shots in an effort to break up the crowd. Eight police officers were injured by stones and other missiles.
