Pop legends Doe Maar reform for one-off show

Legendary Dutch 1980s pop band Doe Maar is reforming for a one-off concert next October.

The concert, at the Gelredome in Arnhem, is part of the Symphonica in Rosso series which previously featured stars such as Diana Ross.
‘It was the right offer,’ singer Henny Vrienten told reporters.
Doe Maar (the name means ‘just do it’ but said in a sulky manner) had a string of hits in the early 1980s, including De Bom, Pa, Is dit alles and Doris Day. The band had a particularly large following among teenage girls.
