Brewing giant Heineken is considering investing in a wind farm planned for the Noordoostpolder northeast of Amsterdam, the Financieele Dagblad reports on Thursday.

The talks are at a very early stage, the paper says.
In addition, the company is planning to convert its Zouterwoude brewery to run partly on electricity generated by its own wind turbines, the FD said.
