Some sixty motorists in Noord and Zuid Holland are currently taking part in trials of a system which stops them breaking the speed limit, the Telegraaf reports.

The limiter also issues a warning sound when the speed limit is reached, the Telegraaf says.
The aim of the experiment, which ends shortly, is to find out if the limiter would be suitable for motorists who persistently drive too fast.
