ABP’s head investor is the Netherlands’ most powerful woman

Angelien Kemna, the head of investments for civil service pension fund ABP, is the most powerful woman in the country, according to feminist magazine Opzij.

Kemna, who oversees a porfolio worth €280bn, has put her ‘own stamp on the financial sector, while keeping an eye on sustainable, social developments,’ Opzij editor Margriet van der Linden said.
It is the third time Opzij has published its rankings. Previous winners were queen Beatrix and trade union chief Agnes Jongerius.
The full list will be published in November.
