Three through, one out in KNVB Cup matches
Ajax, PSV and Twente all made it through to the third round of the KNVB Cup on Wednesday evening, but Utrecht was knocked out.
Amsterdam club Ajax took on first division Noordwijk with a second team and managed a 3-1 win despite the slow tempo.
PSV Eindhoven beat first division VVSB of Noordwijkerhout 8-0 and FC Twente won 8-1 against amateur club Zwaluwen.
Utrecht were knocked out by De Graafschap of Doetinchem on penalties after a 1-1 draw.
