An 18-year-old student at the Mondriaan College in Delft was arrested on Friday afternoon for being in possession of a firearm.

The college was in lock-down since this morning when police arrived following a tip-off that someone was walking around the premises with a gun, say press reports.
The young man, who comes from The Hague, was arrested when he left the building. A gun was found in his car. No further details are available.
