Despite the populist PVV campaigning against chauffeur-driven cars for provincial executives in Limburg, two local officials have decided to use them after all, local paper the Limburger reports.

Antoine Janssen and Theo Krebber say they are losing so much time using their own cars or public transport that their work is suffering.
Christian Democrat and VVD provincial officials refused to hand in their cars, so the coalition agreement between the three parties states only PVV officials have to use their own transport.
The local branch of the PVV will vote on whether or not to allow the use of chauffeurs after all.
Meanwhile, the queen’s commissioner in Noord-Holland province has started an investigation into the dual role held by PVV provincial councillor Monica Nunes,the Telegraaf reports.
Nunes has also been appointed the Noord-Holland PVV group’s official party worker. Local leader Hero Brinkman said it is possible for Nunes to do both jobs and that she will publish her work roster on the PVV website every week.
Brinkman told the paper it was difficult to find a good person for the party worker job.
