Tank storage group Vopak on Wednesday reported turnover in the first six months of 2011 up 3% to €561m. Operating profit was up 82% at €239.6m.

Net profit excluding extraordinary items was €123.5m.
Capacity fell by 1% compared with the year-earlier period to 25.5 million cubic metres. This was as a result of the sale of the company’s interest in Borco.
